will do free online scans for you. They're both free, and are pretty thorough. They do take a little time, though.

Spybot Search %26 Destory, Lavasoft's Adaware, or Microsoft's Defender. All are free plus I would download more then one because sometimes one will pick up what the other scanner missed.
