I need to download a software to recovery my lost password. i'm trying to download CAIN %26 ABEL, but i don't know if it is virus free. Do you have any experience with this software? and where did you download it from???

Cain %26 Abel is a well known and recognised tool and is safe IF you download the real version.

http://www.oxid.it/cain.html is the official and standard place to get it.

I have tried it, and I suspect you will find it won't be as useful as you think it is. What lost password are you trying to recover? It is quite specialised.
