Hi there,
This seems an ''ok'' enough configuration as long as you're happy at being ''reactive'' to being infected. Programs like ad-aware and spybot are good removers of malware, but they don't stop or protect you from being infected in the first place - merely cleaning up the mess once your computer has already been compromised.
AVG is also something I would recommend replacing, as looking at current security vendor protection scores it comes out pretty much last - many viruses are now simply waltzing straight through their defences.
Looking at current protection scores of the popular security programs, Kapersky is now the market leader ahead of McAfee and the Norton a bit further behind. However, even these respectable protection scores are dwarfed by that of a lesser known product called Prevx1.
This is an all-in-one solution that is continually proving to detect, protect and remove more malware (virii, spyware, adware, trojans, rootkits, etc) than all other leading security programs. Being an all-in-one solution also means you no longer need 3 or 4 separate programs to deal with each type of threat. They are currently offering a Free Trial of their product which I would recommed you at least give a try.
You can read more information on Prevx and download the Free Trial from here:

I have AVG, spybot, and adware on my computer. Is that enough security or do i need more?internet security software
