Personally I think Mcafee works great.
Spyware using a combination of spyware programs works great.
Such as Windows Defender 2.0 beta, Adware 6.0, and Spybot.
Also when running any spyware programs it's more efficent if you run them in ''Windows Safe Mode with networking''

There is a software called Ad-Aware...It is by Lavasoft...search for it and you will be able to download it for free!! McAfee is a great antivirus software!!

Hit F8 when turning on your pc and highlight SM w/ Networking using the arrow keys
