With all antispywares u've got, scan in windows safe mode one by one (press F8 repeatedly during computer startup). You'll be able to remove it. Spywares, adwares and viruses are most vulnerable in windows safe mode. Scanning will be a bit slow, but most effective. Spybot and AdAware SE are the best.

The best way out and the easiest way is that this software makes a entry in Windows for uninstallation, Go to Control Panel, then Add Remove Programs, and then see the NSIS Media Entry, Click to remove it, it will go for sure.
