BIG TROUBLE!!! BE CAREFULL , never, ever listen to the first advise!!! It does not do anything for you BUT destroy your windows completely! OK the answer to your question may because you're using a Trial spyware software! or you didn't activate it yet! BUT LISTEN!! you don't need to have any spyware sofwares on your computers, they wont do anything for you, go to www.avast.com and download the Free Home-Edition Avast antivirus and it would remove not only all your viruses but also every spyware on your computer! trust me , I've had the same problem as you last year and I did the same thing! never use 2 antiviruses or 2 spyware softwaresat the same time. Just one good antivirus would be enough for your computer!
use more than one program, one cant get it all
(1) Get you self a good antivirus or a free one .

(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .

(3) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
