Hello there, what you have there is a stubborn one to remove. This worm can install rogue programs onto your PC such as Privacy Protector. There are two programs that I will provide for you to try and remove this worm and others. The first is SUPERAntiSpyware, note it may not clean up your system, and the second is SmitfraudFix (it's free). SUPERAntiSpyware is free and you must make sure that you update it first before running the scan and for SmitfraudFix, it's imperative to read the instructions first before using it. SmitfraudFix cannot deal with worms or trojans, it's mainly used for removing rogue programs such as SpyFalcon and so on.
