The popups you are seeing is caused by adware. Popup blockers cannot block them since they are installed onto your computer.

Adware is usually installed by a Trojan. The Trojan and the adware it installed must be removed. If the Trojan is not removed it can continue to download the adware every time you remove it.

I recommend you follow all the steps below to completely remove the infections from all areas of your computer. If you are not cofortable about doing the steps then do the step to enter SAFE MODE and use the two programs listed.

Download and Update Ewido (now called the AVG Antispyware). Do not run:

Download AdAware SE and update. Do the setup. Do not run:

AdAware SE Setup:

1. Select "use custom scanning options" then select "customize". Make sure the following options are enabled: "scan within archives," "scan active processes," "scan registry," "deep scan registry," "scan my IE favorites for banned URLs," "scan my Hosts file."

2. Select the "tweak" option. Under "scanning engine," make sure "unload recognized processes and modules during scan" is enabled. Enable "scan registry for all users instead of current users."
